Shipping Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Important* Please take photos of any damaged packaging and save the damaged packaging until instructed otherwise. The carrier will require both the packaging and photos of damage to award any payment from an insurance claim. The customer is responsible for resolving any issues related to delivery and we cannot take responsibility for packages once they are received by UPS or the carrier. We insure every package that is sent out for the full price of your items and in the event that something is wrong, please activate your claim quickly with the carrier and gather the appropriate evidence to guarantee your insurance reward from them.

Damages and Issues During Ownership:

If your item becomes damaged or defective during your ownership, we will happily work with you to replace or repair the item or its parts at our discretion either for free or at a reasonable cost. 

Understanding Wood Products:

Please be aware that wood is a natural material and reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. Minor changes to dimension, warping and sometimes even cracks can happen at some point in the life of your product and these incidents should be an expected part of owning wood furniture. In the event that you feel there is an issue with your product please email us and we will do everything we can to assist you. 

Return Policy:

We kindly do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product, please email mark@headofmarble.com and I will personally attempt to resolve the matter in the most reasonable way possible. 

Returns account for up to 30% of all transactions within the entire e-commerce industry. The environmental cost is profound. We make incredible products focused on genuine sustainability and do our best to communicate everything you need to know to make a confident choice. Shipping:

All items ship via UPS Ground. The customer is responsible for customs and duties. Packages deliver in 2-5 working days on average and at this time we don't offer rush orders. If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS may leave the package at your door. If you prefer, you can request UPS to hold your package at a nearby location.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address, however we will do our best to assist you.
